Draft: needs review by the owner before launch

Terms of service

Last updated October 17, 2026

The agreement between you and us when you use Gridwork. It's short, so please read it.

The agreement

Gridwork is provided by Tomtar LLC. By creating an account or using Gridwork you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Gridwork for an organization, you agree for it too.

Your account

Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} if you think someone else got into your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspaces. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for these services where you live.

Your content

The photos, videos, captions and plans you put in Gridwork stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, resize and display them only as needed to run Gridwork for you, and, once you connect a social account, to send them to that platform when you schedule them. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only upload content you have the right to use and to publish.

Acceptable use

  • Don't upload anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Don't try to get into other people's accounts or workspaces, or to break the service.
  • Don't use Gridwork to send spam or to break a social platform's rules.

Social platforms

Gridwork isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or any other platform. When you connect an account, the platform's own terms apply to what you publish there, and a platform can change or limit what apps like Gridwork may do. If a post can't be published automatically, Gridwork reminds you to post it yourself.

The service

We work to keep Gridwork available and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of media that matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a post that went out late or not at all.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Gridwork and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top and tell you before a significant change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}. Questions go to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}.
